Mama Natural Week by Week Guide to Pregnancy
I used this book for my pregnancy with Ander. I love that it gave all kinds of natural remedies and ideas. It gave practical information and tips and even recipes. The back has an index that I still use with my clients when they have questions. Only complaint is the book advises against VBAC at home which I do not agree with.
The Birth Partner
I read this book years ago and it helped me prepare to be a doula. I also loved their approach on labor options and the birth process. I think this is a must-read for moms and dads to-be!
