The Process

What it looks like to work together

01 - PRENATAL MEETINGS

We’ll meet twice during pregnancy to talk through your birth preferences, concerns, comfort measures, possible interventions, and how I can best support you and your partner.

02 - SUPPORT DURING PREGNANCY

You’ll have access to me by phone and text for questions, reassurance, and support as things come up.

03- LABOR SUPPORT

When labor begins and you’re ready for in-person support, I’ll join you and stay for up to 18 hours of continuous labor support. I’ll help with positioning, coping techniques, decision-making, and keeping you grounded as labor unfolds..

Postpartum Doula Support

Support doesn’t have to end when you bring your baby home.

My postpartum package includes 16 hours of daytime support to use during the first 12 weeks after birth. These visits are designed around what would make your day feel lighter — whether that means caring for baby while you rest, helping with basic newborn care, light household tasks, preparing simple food, supporting older siblings as everyone adjusts, or talking through the transition into life with your new baby.

Postpartum visits are currently available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons from 1–5 PM.
